Shipping information:
For orders from Switzerland, shipping is done directly from our Swiss warehouse.
For orders from EU countries, goods are shipped from our German warehouse. No additional customs fees apply within the EU duty-free zone.
The following countries belong to the EU customs-free zone:
Germany, France, Italy, Spain*, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Ireland, Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania, Cyprus, Malta.
* Note: The Canary Islands are not part of the EU customs-free zone. See below.
Deliveries to Great Britain are subject to customs clearance, which must be carried out at your own expense.
For deliveries to the Canary Islands, customs duties are also charged – these are not included in the purchase price.
